They genuinely care about the safety of their customers and go above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer. When I raised an issue, they handled it with utmost professionalism and tried their best to resolve it swiftly. I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise and efficiency. We just had our old brake controller removed and a new Red Arc Tow-Pro fitted. While doing a complimentary safety check of the car, Sandgate Auto Electrics advised us our auxiliary battery had failed a load test (we were aware that it had been failing for some time) so we had it replaced at the same time. We dropped off our vehicle at 10:00am and it was ready to go at 4:00.We were very happy with both the service provided and the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff. Thanks once again!

John replaced control board in our fridge drawer under warranty. Excellent service, drove in and drive out 15 minutes later with drawer working. Had the other fridge drawer control board replaced under warranty at different repairer (in Central Queensland) 12 mths ago and had to drop drawer in and it took 3 weeks to get it fixed.

Fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable and patient! I was after an auxiliary battery for my camp setup and they took the time to understand my needs and what I would want to use it for and tailored the setup to my individual needs. Patiently explained everything and walked me through how it all works. I left with my questions answered and not feeling condescended at all. Was a lovely experience.The team was friendly and kind to each other, like a nice working environment which instills confidence in their business.

Sandgate Auto's service is second to none. I've used them twice now for repairs to my Engel products, they told me fairly quickly hat the problems were and how long the jobs would take and met the times they gave. Seriously if you need automotive electrical work or repairs, give them a go. Particular shout out to John, fantastic service.

I had my 12v fridge repaired here. All of the team were fantastic and John had repaired my fridge within hours of dropping it off as he knew we were going camping in a few days. Highly recommend

I have had positive dealings with Sandgate AE since 2012, mainly through its sister business, All Brand Caravan Services (both parts of McArthur Industries). Caravan owners will recognise the value of having auto electrical and van services under essentially the one roof as there is always something to install or fix, although Sandgate AE is a stand alone business in its own right. Based on previous friendly, helpful and expert services I chose Sandgate AE to fit a 12 volt, lithium battery based system to my Ford Everest and Drifta drawer setup. Requirements were fairly specific and they were fully met. There are various inputs and outputs and the setup is neat and unintrusive and integrated into the vehicle. I have no doubts about its integrity and safety. In short I am very pleased with the outcome.
