The car wash was ok but they charge 50cent on a $10 card transaction which is illegal. You are only allowed to charge what the bank charges you and it would not be 5%

Average car wash. You get plenty of time for the amount of cash you out in. However the gun and the brush are smaller and more basic compared to usual. Also there is a minimum spend which is only $3 but I only needed to hose off a tiny amount of dirt so spent more than I wanted too.

worst car wash i’ve ever been to. Firstly broke down in the entrance to the car wash, was in a remote part of town so wasn’t aided by any pedestrians and had to fix the car myself. Kadina car wash needs to relocate to a more central part of town if they ever want my business again. Secondly there was malicious damage caused to my car, the ariel was not only ripped apart but left in a irredeemable condition. The car did not even come out clean after spending $18 on a wash. Dirt and grime still coats my car today leaving me feeling unprofessional and unsatisfied and looking lazy. Would not recommend to anyone who wants a clean and functional car.

Horrible service by the caretaker of this car wash. Abusive to people simply washing their vehicles and swears at customers.Needs to be trained in customer service and maybe needs to attend an anger management course.Tried to use the auto wash and paid $20.70 but it didn’t seem to work. Paid $20.70 again and realised both amounts went through. Rang the manager. Saw him again a few days later on 3/11/22 and asked him about it. Swore at me and said I’m not getting my money back. Almost theft or is it theft?

Bay 2 ate my two dollar coins. I called up the bloke who told me he might think about coming in later. When's later? Maybe an hour, maybe later. Was I supposed to hang around for an hour? Maybe, maybe not. I departed. He calls me about ten minutes later to say he'll be there very soon. I never said I'd be at least an hour." He had no problem refunding my $4 -- apparently "the kids" put 5c pieces into the coin slots -- and I have no problem never returning to his carwash."

Accidentally paid twice for a Supa automatic carwash. Contacted operator next day and refund was transferred to me immediately. Well done Kadina Car Wash. Geoff F
