Technician didn't show up as scheduled last Thursday. Rebooked for this Thursday. Received a call today that technician not coming this Thursday due to someone having Covid. Now rebooked for next Thursday. Almost 4 weeks have passed so fingers crossed next Thursday happens?!?!?!

Really amazing team, they went above and beyond when helping us get a ducted system put into our unit. Very quick turn around and very reasonable compared to other company quotes we received.

Was quoted over $1,600 for parts and labour to fix ducted air con system. After this work was carried out, was then advised that over $2,000 extra was required for a compressor and the first parts were needed to see what was actually wrong. Dodgy experience. Be careful.
