Sydney Beach Homes has completed two significant projects for us and the quality of the work carried out has been excellent.These projects included complete renovation of kitchen & bathroom.Their team, led by the project coordinator and including all tradespeople & subcontractors, are all committed, professional, capable and easy to deal with.Importantly, there was strong communication with us throughout the process.We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sydney Beach Homes - they do a great job.

By engaging them early in the design phase we were able to take advantage of their experience and knowledge to design a home which met all of our needs and more.The build itself was delivered on time and on budget. The level of communication from Sydney Beach Homes was amazing. We had regular updates and were always aware of how the project was tracking and were given ample time to make decisions.We felt that the SBH team were just as passionate about our project as we were. We appreciated their advice and guidance on making important decisions throughout the build.The end result is a home we love, which 100% meets our brief from the start of the project. I don't know about the quality of their work but the considerateness of their drivers leads a lot to be desired.Turning left onto Beacon Hill road and forcing themselves into the right-hand lane thus blocking the intersection was bad enough but then crossing the double unbroken lines to floor it around a car so that they could then sit at the lights and putting all the oncoming traffic at risk is a little bit reckless
