I love shopping on this website!! The customer service was amazing, and they were so kind to me. They have amazing brands, such as Kylie Jenner, Fenty Beauty and so much more, and all these popular brands were nicely organised making it very easy and simple to be able to find them. I got regular updates on my order, and the checkout process was easy and simple which I loved. The products that arrived were very good quality as they were packed amazing.

A frustrating experience. I received a 'refund' which was issued as a store credit, only accessible by using a code. However, only 1 code can be used at a time so i can't access any sales (all of which require a code), so im forced to pay top price because they wouldnt refund into my account.Prices on items ive looked at are always higher than competitors unless accessing a sale (via a code).

Similar experience as @Sylvia Miller posted above, no refund can be provided and I only received a code which can not be used in conjunction with other sale codes. Most of their products are priced higher than other retailers so I really don't know if I should be using my refund code on something that can be purchased at a lower price somewhere else...

The item I ordered could not be delivered so they offered me store credit but said if I did not want credit I could ask for a refund, which I have done, several times, with no respose, not even an acknowledgement of the email. I do not want store credit as there is nothing else on the site I want. I want my money back.Editing to add, I have gotten my money refunded finally after going through Paypal.
