Horrible, uneven harsh cut. Even after requesting to fix the cut a couple of times times, this was the final output. They charge $105 for haircut and always charge extra for removing mattes, even when they agreed that there was no mattes on my dog before starting the service. Very unprofessional. As I waited to pick up my dog, I heard the groomer screaming at the other dogs.A 0 star in my opinion.(Response to Barkber Shop)Edit 1:I appreciate your response and appreciate the fact that you are happy to fix it for us. However, I would like to provide further clarifications as your response provides inaccurate information.We requested the receptionist to check Haiku for mattes BEFORE the grooming session and she confirmed before the service that no mattes were found. When they called us to let us know that Haiku was ready to be picked up, they let us know that they were charging extra $10 as there were mattes and I did question them on why this wasn’t identified earlier by the receptionist (who checked Haiku for mattes) when I dropped Haiku for the grooming session.My original requirement was for Haiku’s ears to be groomed short, which was not done and they were shortened as an after service (I did show a picture of how I wanted Haiku to be groomed before the grooming session and that wasn’t done as per my request which is why I had to request changes multiple times).To your comment - the ears were NOT shaved because there were mattes but only because I requested for them to be made short (and my requirements weren’t addressed in the first cut)- I would like to flag that you have provided misleading information in your review response.Haiku’s nails were cut, but they were NOT filed and when I picked him up I found them to be so sharp that they left scuffs on my skin. I asked for the nails to be filed (not to be cut any shorter).I disagree that I didn’t provide requirements at one time. I did provide clear requirements with sample pictures, the requirements were not heard properly and hence I had to provide them again and again and again.

Absolute best! Took care of my nervous dog very well.My dog hates his front paws being groomed from previous experience elsewhere. I was nervous with his groom from his trauma and have warned that he is very sensitive with his front paw as he’s been rejected at another groomers before.After a careful and considerate time with their care, I was absolutely amazed by the barkber shop, and they even mentioned that I could come back with no issue. Absolute life saver, as my dog is a Lhasa Apso who’s hair grow super fast and needs regular grooming.I really appreciate the work they did, took extra hours with no extra costs with a successful and beautiful looking cut he got!Thank you so much!!

Good cut, but too long. After service abominable. Had a problem with length of cut and refused to do anything to assist. Picked dog up at 4pm Friday, called back Monday/ Tuesday and was met with a too bad". Expensive

Excellent! We had Murphy’s grooming done here for the past 6 times. Murphy always looks fabulous, feels extra soft and fluffy. We are super happy with their service. Murphy also seems to enjoy her time at Barkber.

Always do an amazing job! My dogs love coming here, they are so happy, comfortable and settled when we get there they don't even notice me leaving. They are cared for so well and the groom has been spot on every time. We have had so many people comment on how soft and healthy their coats are thanks to the beauty bath. Highly recommend!

We went here for our first puppy groom and full groom. The team were lovely and really took care of Luna, who is a little anxious around other dogs. When we collected her she looked adorable and had obviously had a good time there, she was very happy

It was our first cut for puppy ruby! They were absolutely amazing! They did everything from nails to scissor cut to ear hair! Ruby looks stunning and oh so clean! She even came back with a bow in her hair ❤️ would 110% recommend, great service and job well done!

Great customer service, would highly recommend. Definitely going to be my go to dog grooming. The staff took good care of my dog and am very pleased with the result!
