So the lady serving me was fine but this old woman named Susan was extremely rude. She literally pushed into me for me to get out of her way even though she easily could’ve just said excuse me to make herself known to me. Absolute butch-move and then rolled her eyes at me??

I just went in there to exchange a charm bracelet as my daughter got it for mothers day I just wanted a smaller size. What a joke the manager was so rude about it that I will never recommend this store

Very rude customer service, served customers that came in after us before us. No greetings. Waited so long to be served only to be rudely told to wait while they served a customer who came in a fair while after us. Will definitely not be returning to here again.

Good prices & jewellery but staff were standing behind counter I had to wave for assistance

Worst experience ever in Robina store today. I visited this store with my husband and my 4 years old daughter. It was busy in the store, so we have to wait in a queue about 15 minutes. When we where first in the queue and some customers just left the store I saw the necklace ( the reason why we visited the store) on the shelf next to the entrance. So in excitement went straight there to show to my husband. After a half minutes a lady come to me and told me that I can browse in store but I have to step back in the back of the line if I would like to be served. I told her that I was next i line but she didn't show any care about it. So because I was with a 4 years old I didn't want to wait in line just left the store with bitter taste in my mouth. I will never come back in this store again!

Discriminatory staff and business. Spend your money some place more worthy of your hard earned $. We did and I couldn’t be more glad that we did!!!! More than happy to share here and with all that we know

I purchased a charm from this store having reviewed the magazines in store. When I got home I realised I had been charged $79 instead of $69 as advertised in their sales literature. I returned to the store and explained this and was informed that their literature was outdated due to a recent price increase. Despite being advertised at one price, they charge what they like. I thought once a retailer advertised at one price they were obliged to sell at that price. Will not be returning! One very unhappy customer.
