The rooms are sparse and a little dated, but the furniture is comfortable, the showers hot and they supplied milk for my tea so I'm pretty happy here. My room had a lovely blue-swirl-painted feature wall that I would love to emulate at home.

Stayed here for 3 nights as we were waiting to sign a lease very old outdated motelRoom was clean had a toaster and ketttle , shower was small but good pressure , in the 3 days our room was not serviced we had to ask for fresh towels , smoke detector was ripped out of ceiling , old AC/heater was so noisy we couldnt use it was like a freight train too far from town had to drive , was a little noisy the trucks and their air brakes at night were a pain .A little expensive for what we got $140 a nightOverall it was ok probably wouldn’t stay again ,

The staff is very nice and provides excellent service. They are also kind and considerate.The rooms were cleaned well and TV and wife work perfectly.

Bushmans Retreat Motor Inn
The owners went out of their way to make our life easier, even going out and purchasing a portacot for us. The lady was so lovely and kind.The shower pressure was fantastic and our room had shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied.Even changing our booking at the last second didn't seem to worry her. And our early checkout was met with a smile.Will stay here again!.

In great need of repairs and upgrades.Rear veranda is supported by a single post. Rooms were very clean but in need of updates especially considering the high room rates.Only one vehicle at a time can enter and exit as the second driveway roped off for their own vehicle perhaps?Noisy location due to truck stop nearby.

Very much older establishment. Aircon was ancient and on its last legs. For some strange reason tinfoil was stretched across the window above the door. A car parked in front of our unit was probably one of the owner's I assume. Weird! Still cost the same as much better units we stayed at. Disappointed!

Room was overpriced, very old and dated. We didn't bother unpacking, or showering because there were lots of little bugs in the bathroom sink, toilet and shower. We basically went to bed and left. The people in the room next door were smoking outside and the smell filled out room. They were nice enough to move down the driveway after I spoke to them. Note to the owner... please set up a separate dedicated spot for smokers, and possibly invest in a bug zapper.

Room was clean and comfortable and location convenient but the attitude of the male owner was plain rude! There was no hot water in the room & when I addressed it with the M owner, he dismissed my query & offered up no explanation other than 'that's your problem'.

Room was very basic, but clean and functional with comfortable bed and good size tv. Only draw back was the very noisy air conditioners. The room next door kept theirs running all night making it hard to sleep.

Second time I've been here. With years between, hasn't changed from truck noise the 1st time to someone partying till 3.30am this time.Rooms are basic & tidy , but dated.Won't be a 3rd time.Cheaper & better rooms in the main town 2 KMs up the road after further investigation with pubs & take away shops. Don't recommend this place at all. And I've stayed at alot of places.
