Contacted Russell for a quote. Three arrangements made to come to site as each time he didn't turn up as arranged. The final time not even a courtesy call and didn't respond to any messages. Spent my Saturday morning waiting around.... I understand people are busy, but that's pretty unprofessional. It's a shame as he appeared to be fairly priced.

Called Russell fencing on Friday and Jiy came around Saturday morning. Quote came through in the next couple of days and we accepted as the price was awesome. Due to being busy had to wait a couple of weeks but Jiy was there on the day he said and fence replaced in 2 days. Very happy with the finished product and would recommend Russell fencing to anyone looking for a fencer

Jiy recently completed our fencing project and we could not be happier. He listened to our ideas and was able to offer advice to best suit our needs, which was super helpful. Our job commenced on the date we were given at the time of booking and was completed before our expected finish date to a very high standard, even with the alterations to the job.
