Unfortunately, our experience with Craftsmen Built left us with a bitter taste. From the timeframe of completion, poor communication from Ashley and overall value for money is a big minus.He came highly recommended, however on this occasion Craftsman Built fell short of our simple expectations. As paying clients, we felt undervalued and unimportant as our small project felt more like an inconvenience for Ashley. We are not one to complain usually but as we were told numerous times, It Is What It Is!

Ashley did an amazing job with our kitchen - we are beyond happy with the quality of the finish, and the attention to detail. We also appreciated the efficiency and organisation, which allowed us to go from demolition to a new, functional kitchen within the week. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else, and will be engaging Ashley to help us with our next project.

Ashley assisted me with the design, order and install of my new kitchen and laundry. I absolutely cannot fault his service, professionalism and the quality of the products he uses. Nothing was an issue for Ashley and he additionally provided some great guidance to ensure the kitchen design left me with a beautiful kitchen that allowed me to use all the space! If you want a good honest tradesman for the job Ashley is your man.

Ashley and the team did a brilliant job on our kitchen. We couldn't be happier. They are very responsive and the value for the quality of the job is excellent. With Craftsman Built you don't deal with salesmen, account managers etc - you are always talking to people that know their trade. I highly recommend this company!

We have used Ashley twice now and couldn’t be happier with the quality of build, materials used and process. We briefed Ashley on what we wanted and let him come up with the design, we couldn’t be happier with the results . The floating wall units are innovative,, stylish and functional complimenting our home beautifully. We can highly recommend Ashley to build what ever you may need custom built to compliment your home or business. We had quite a unique idea in mind that everywhere else wanted to charge a fortune for, but when we met Ashley we knew we had a winner & someone we could trust. He listened to what we wanted & helped us create our dream kitchen. Great workmanship & great value for the A+++ quality we received.
