The man that served us (Phil) was amazing. He was so helpful with all our needs and was kind and funny. We were in there for about 2 hours and we really appreciate the high level of service.

Why do they make you stand there for 15 minutes first when there’s 4 or 5 people standing in there with maybe 1 customer and they tell you over and over they’ll be there in a second rather than helping

Went I n took over 1hr each way bus get to optus took my Gmail phno said send text new password then open new acc. They pushed me out u can go I went felt abused attitude. To me rude I went home didn't even txt or call like he saidOptus say one thing then u get 20 calls asking me to go over my whole history . Gmail notify me Gmail acc attempt new acc in Ur name was this u No. Drv lic now getting over e r 4 hyw toll pay b4 I get fine warrant. It's note I don't drive no car
