As someone not from Townsville needing a haircut this is by far the worst first impression of a barber shop. I asked for a fade from one of their hair dressers and received perhaps the worst fade I have ever got. It was barely a fade and merely just a 0 shave. There’s also a strikingly obvious line coming from the poorly attempted fade and for $30? Too expensive for the poor quality cut that you get. The blend was not even a blend. Im forced to wear a hat now wherever I go seeing how bad my haircut is. I highly suggest to avoid this place if you are looking for a good haircut. I am never going back there.

I came in for short back and sides. They took the sides way higher than where you could see the original line was, then blended it even higher. I’m now closer to a mow hawk. Also clipped up and above crown on the back of my head.Staff were friendly, but need to pay more attention.

My 2 year old son is NOT a fan of getting his hair cut. The staff were amazing, they let me hold my son while they cut his hair. If I was not able to hold him, it would not be possible to cut his hair.They made the process as quick and easy as possible.Thank you

Horrible haircut didn’t listen to what I said at all I said little bit off the top and she took off everything I will never be returning again!

Terrible serviceStaff Girl from i got cut feels like she paying money to cut. What a angry face!! Between cut she started talking to another girl and leave me hanging there on the seat middle of the cut. And cut was also so bad. She did beard good 1star for it.

Shaved designs and other barber things. Not so much a hair salon but a group of talented barber's. Haylee was more than happy to help me with what I as a vision in my mind and I am stoked with the result.

Rude service, never had an issue unless now when the barber was super rude with her explaination.Never coming back just because of one bad experience.

I was not supposed to leave a review but today I had to go for my beard and as usual I thought of going to Yousefs but then I remembered my previous experience here and said nahh and then I could not stop posting a review. Honestly I have been here a few times and all are lovely but this lady on 27/03/23 around 1345hrs when I was there for my beard trim, was so grumpy, no smile, no hello and the way she was pushing my head back with no communication at all was not a good experience. I had to say can you please tell me when you want me to look up". I explained her what I wanted but the end result was not good. When I tried to tell her that this was not what I was looking for

I went there hoping I would come out looking fresh, but the lady that cut my hair (not sure of the name) absolutely ruined my head
