Spruce Landscaping

I don’t normally write reviews, but Spruce is seriously one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and I’m going to recommend them to everyone that needs landscaping. We wanted to give our new house's front and back gardens a makeover and it's now completely transformed - just as we had imagined. We are so happy with the results and couldn't rate them higher! Thanks Spruce!

Had our front lawn returned. The result was amazing, lush green lawn...for about 10 weeks and then one half started to go brown & now looks half dead! We followed all the maintenance instructions to the letter. Rang them to get advice and Jarrod came out but had no real advice other than because there is a large tree in the middle it could be the shade, although on ordering, it was a shade tolerant turf, obviously not! Have rung another 2 times to see what can be done, with no response. Would not recommend this co. at all, cost $5500 for 3 months to have a beautiful lawn. What a ripoff!!!I am updating this review: As stated by Spruce, there was a miscommunication with phone calls not being returned. To date: Spruce have made contact and Jared came out to assess the problem with our lawn, he suggested to remove a few of the branches from the liquid amber tree to allow light on the lawn, which he did and removed all the debris. They then removed all the grass that was not growing well and have replaced it with new turf, lawn is looking great again, the other side of the lawn (without a tree) has maintained the lush look from installation. I am very happy with the response from Spruce and believe they have gone above and beyond to reach a positive outcome. Fingers crossed that the turf survives, it has been given every possible chance to!

We have been using Spruce Landscaping for many years now and find them to be very professional and terrific at their job. The communication is terrific both prior and after a job and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for works in your garden - this is certainly the team to call :)

Jared and his team quoted us for a deck installation in our backyard. From the time I met them, his communication was perfect and I always felt updated. Jared worked with us on the quote to tailor it to what we wanted and make it as cost-effective as possible.For the week that Jared worked at our place on the deck, he was constantly communicating when him and his team would be there. They are always respectful, positive and communicate on their progress.The quality of the work has exceeded our expectations. It is of the highest standard and we could not ask for anything more than what Spruce Landscaping delivered. When we sent update photos to our friends and family, they cannot believe how good it looks.I would highly recommend Spruce Landscaping and will certainly be using them again for any further landscaping works.

The area they did looks good, but it wouldve been nice if they quote me correctly. I was told they charged $60hr per person with a minimum of $130 as they always send out 2 People. Fine. Problem is my bill came to $143 as they added 10%gst after the job not before. Never in my entire life in australia has the gst ever been left off any quote I have asked for. I was ok with $65hr, over $70 is too much

We absolutely love our new garden. Spruce Landscaping listened, adapted and constructed the most beautiful space. So great to work with.
