Endota Spa Northland

I had a very bizarre experience at Endota Northland.I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment to which I was greeted by the strange lady on the desk. She was very aggressive in telling me I should have arrived 10-15 minutes early as I have paperwork to fill out. I think she could tell that I was taken aback by her manner as she then proceeded to speak to me in the most patronising, fake babyish voice while explaining to me how to complete the forms. When she asked if I had any questions I asked if I could wear makeup that evening after my facial. The information she gave me was incredibly confusing, first saying no I can’t, then changing her mind to say that well yes I could but it would undo all the benefits of the facial.I was dreading having my treatment done as I thought it was being done by her and I almost walked out.My actual therapist could not have been more lovely I think her name was Lin. She gave me a really good treatment.I won’t be going back though, I was so shaken by the horrible experience with the receptionist.

Rebecca was fantastic. Had great product knowledge and advice especially for someone who doesn't know a lot about skincare. Her service was very authentic and made me proud to buy at Endota

I have been to many relaxation therapy and deep tissue massage places in Ryan my therapist make me very relaxed and was very thorough at his job. I have other friends who attend spas I will be recommending them to this spa. I am not a slim person by any means I am certainly one that is chubby and other spas I have felt uncomfortable because of this no stage did Ryan make me feel uncomfortable because of my weight issues thank you Ryan see you soon

I am a regular Endota Spa customer. First time to use Endota Northland. This is the most unfriendly Endota Reception I’ve ever encountered. Spoilt the Endota experience . Left the place quite upset as Receptionist approach was very condescending. I wouldn’t recommend Endota Northland. Makes you feel like you’re in an assembly line.

A wonderful experience that I will be recommending to all my friends and family. I have loved all my treatments at Endota Spa Northland, they always make me feel like part of the family. My most recent treatment was a custom massage with Erin, and I left feeling like a million dollars. She is so professional and experienced at her job, and I always enjoy having a giggle with the girls at reception on my way out. Cannot wait to come back in two weeks time for my next treatment!

I came into the store recently looking to book an appointment for a peel. Although there was nothing avaliable at the time, the beautiful receptionist (I think her name was Samantha) she was so helpful and informative. I will definitely will be booking in to treat myself soon!

I went into have my appointment at 3pm, after noticing this store is far smaller and more cramped than my local. So I asked to cancel as I had not paid for anything yet and i wasnt happy with the size/quality of the northland a store. The staff member would not stop complaining about how I shouldve called 24 hours ago because 7 other people wanted my appointment but she cant book them in with 15 minutes notice. That is NOT my issue. I explained I wanted to cancel and she abruptly asked me why?" With a horribe attitude. She mentioned "this is why we try charge you when we book you in" and kept menti9ning a cancellation fee? Like yall dont make enough money as is! Chadstone is the place to go 1000% avoid northland endota spa. The girls are stuck up"

I went into endota spa Northland to inquire about the different pregnancy packages. The lady at the desk was so cold and blunt and told me that there was a massage or facial option, which I later found out there is actually a pregnancy package that incorporates both! When I tried booking and explained that I had a voucher she said I needed to have the voucher number to book! So I went home and rang the Doncaster store who were so much more friendly and helpful and I booked in with them!!Then I receive a text confirming my appointment with Northland even though I was told I couldn’t book without the voucher number!When I rang to explain the situation the person that answered the phone was quite quick to shut me down and not even listen to what happened.I would not recommend this store. As a first time visitor to endota spa I was met with quite rude and dismissive staff and that is not the environment you want for a pregnancy package!So disappointed
