Friendly to begin with. Didn't like the excessive use of the drill. The man just up and leaves me sitting there with no indication that he had finished. The shape of the nail is awful..I had to come home and fix it myself. I had to ask to pay young young girl asked me to wait and I asked her to round the nail more. I'm not sure why she bothered. She made it worse. Top it off she was moody so very rude barely looked at me didn't even smile. $10 for a repair is extremely expensive. I will never be coming back to this coming business Just not good enough.

This business does the best nails consistently!! I’ve never been disappointed. Amazing friendly family team there too! I tried a few salons in the area before finding this place and now I would never ever go anywhere else!

loveliest family business! always such a welcoming and friendly environment. i’ve been going here for years and recommend them to everyone. would not trust anyone else with my nails. there really is no other nail salon like this on the Gold Coast!

Very disappointed with the ladies at the salon . Twice I have asked if they can do my waxing. Twice the ladies said they are two busy to do waxing . Very disappointed because I live in the area .

Honestly this business does the best nails consistently… I go every couple of weeks for acrylics and I’ve always been so happy with the quality. Great people there too! I tried a few salons in the area before finding this place and now I would never go anywhere else.Very highly recommended

Friendly but not informative. Rang for appointment and was told 8.45am. Arrived on time to find they don't open until 9am. Mostly happy, however, the nails are a bit thick and untidy.
