I use multiple property managers, who are all across the details of the properties they manage for me and who I confident they do a great job and spend sufficient time on my property when needed.I didn’t feel the same in my experience here when comparing to how my other properties are managed, multiple times along the journey with different interactions. My experience in summary is I felt like you are dealing with different people(not necessarily not friendly, just unfamiliar with your property) who have no real clue about your property. It appears this model is to get the property managers are loaded up with more properties than can be practically done, most likely for maximum commission. This in my view leads to a service that I ultimately was not happy with in my opinion, in my experience. This even leads to silly things like getting charged for call outs to turn on switches for the gas job. I personally would not recommend, others in the area will give a more thorough management solution.

My experience with Sarah and team was nothing short of excellence. Hi all..whilst living in Melbourne I contacted Sarah Kaur in Perth where my wife and I are relocating to.
