I have been coming here consistently for over a year. I can honestly say there isn’t a better nail salon in Canberra (and I have tried a lot!). My nails are always perfect and I love that they give recommendations on what will look good/work well. 100% recommend!

I come here every 3 weeks. This place and my girl makes me feel so comfortable and pleasant that I don't bother looking for another place. My girl did well most of the time. I took my friend here, and recommend everyone to do gel powder and shellac paints on the top because it's shiny, durable, and convenient. I also love the ‘changing colors’ that looks classic and like ombré on my finger nails!

When I went to this place, the staff were very rude and had terrible manners. They took longer than they said they would. The staff would also look at their phones when ever they got a chance.My nails weren’t painted properly, and some of my nails’ shaping looked really messy and uneven.During a pandemic, they aren’t hygienic to their fullest capability; the nail driers have nail polish all over them and looked like they didn’t get cleaned and they reused the nail files!This experience was very unpleasant for me, I will not go here again and I definitely don’t recommend it!

My new favourite salon! The staff are lovely. I recently moved from Sydney and haven't been able to find a good salon (even in Sydney) and I was so impressed by their services and quality that I'm sure to come back here regularly.My friend and I absolutely thrash our nails and they last such a long time. Great pricing, too.

They do a very careful job. I do my nails elsewhere and the service was fine but dirty. The nail technician here explained to me lightly, carefully fix the lifted nails and even chose a right color to cover the mark on my nails. I’m so happy!

Absolutely horrible hygiene, I am going to report to Department of Health. The service was horrible and my nails looked like a 5 year old painted them. What a response, hygiene practices and proper technics has nothing to do with covid recovery.

Actual price $10 more than with quoted price - even though I confirmed with staff that my chosen shellac was not an additional extra price. Very disappointed with friendliness of staff.Poor craftsmanship. Chunks of shellac glitter protruding from nail.Only positive was speed of service, but an overall negative experience.I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Obviously they don’t has enough staff . Was asking to wait for 10 min then sat for 45min. And the staff just start doing refill for a customer before me . I have been there few times , nail work is very standard but will never back again for the slow service .
