I rang up to enquire about a product if it has been discontinued. I spoke to a gentleman named Harvey and as soon as he answered the phone I was met with rudeness. He told me he can't help me and can give me a number and I said ok I just need a moment to get a pen for him to respond hurry up I haven't got all day and then he hung up on me, so I called back and as soon as he picked the phone up he said ring nestle Rhodes and hung up. Rude customer service. You have got all day mate that's what you are paid for.

I've been told it's a great place to work, some people have been there since it opened l. They have a night out for the people who have worked there for over 25yrs. And if you know someone who works there they have a shop that sells pretty everything Nestle make from all over Australia
