Monier Veterinary Clinic

I can't recommend these guys enough. I've been taking my Bulldogs to them for 3 years and they are always so amazing. The knowledge, compassion and care from everyone is phenomenal.Especially today when I had my boy in for surgery, they called me to let me know when he was finished and also sent me a photo with a sweet message. It really eased my mind.

I have been with Monier vets for almost 10 years with my previous lab and now with my current lab.A big thank you to Lucilla and Kimberley for my visit to you this morning with my 15 month old for his check up and vaccs. He can be a bit nervous and he was immediately put at ease by you both.The care and compassion from all the staff at Monier vets has been brilliant. None more so than when I had to let my 15 year old go 6 months ago.If I could give Monier vets more than 5 stars I would without hesitation.

Can't say enough about these guys. I had to recently let one of my fur babies go across the rainbow bridge after many cancer issues. The team were very thoughtful and kind and allowed me to hold on to her until the last.

After being misinformed and possibly lied to about medication for our dog my concerns were raised with the receptionist. She didn’t understand the medication so rather than get someone who did understand to assist me she chose to laugh and down play it. When a vet, and the owner, came out she explained things better but also couldn’t care less about how the receptionist treated me. She tried to justify it by saying she’d worked very hard for the last 3 days. So if they work hard they’re allowed to disrespect their clients. Wow. Obviously we will be taking out 2 dogs to a vet who actually wants our business and cares about us and our pets.

Thank you to everyone including Lucilla, Lucy, and all the staff who have helped me and my Twiggy. It's day two since she passed and the tears are frequent but I'm very grateful for your care and compassion shown to us both during the many years she attended your clinic and particularly on her recent decline. I will miss seeing you all.❤️

We take both of our dogs here and have previously had two other dogs with them. They provide the most exceptional care to the animals and their owners. I would not trust any other vet clinic to look after our dogs. All the vets are so caring and knowledgeable, and the team is behind them is just as amazing. They always have time for us, nothing is too big of a problem and we always leave with happy pups and owners. Couldn’t recommend Monier Vets enough! Worth every cent.

15/04/2023, Just want to update my review of Monier vets as my last review was 5 yrs ago. Lucilla, , and all her staff once again are just amazing. They always have a wonderful caring , friendly attitude and nothing is too much trouble whenever I visit with my 3 Labs. Giving preventative advice along with different economical options. All my dogs have different personalities and respond differently to going to the vets, therefore Lucilla's team always goes out of their way to accommodate each one individually.As we all know our fur friends vet care can be costly, especially for me as I have 3 dogs, but I've always found Lucilla and her team at Monier Vets to be very reasonable with their pricing and back this up with a first class service. I am always advised if my pets care will cost more before the vet work is carried out.In regards to medications they have always been spot on with the correct meds but have also offered me an alternative if a particular medication is not helping or working for my dogs.In addition, when talking with the vet it is very important to listen and ask any questions, which Lucilla's team have been happy to answer for me. I am very vigilant with my dogs health and wellbeing and Monier Vets supports this.We are so fortunate to have such wonderful local Vets. Thank all so much you are a great team.Well Done team keep up the good work.
