I used BPI to complete a building and pest inspection for me in July 2021. I am very impressed with the resulting report provided by David Hagan. It was incredibly detailed and gave me great piece of mind when I received it. Obviously it covered the proposed purchase of my new home and all defects were listed no matter how minor and I really appreciated that. We had Trent from BPI do our inspection and he was fantastic. He was very thorough and took the time to answer any questions we had. He showed up early, provided a really detailed report with pictures in a very timely manner (less than 12hrs), he had all the equipment required and all at a reasonable price! Building & Pest Inspections are by nature a just-in-time service where usually it needs to be done within 7 days (which is only 5 business days) - Trent took the time to do our inspection in his very busy schedule within our time constraints which was fantastic. Thanks again Trent!
