Jaleigh Blinds & Curtains

We are so very happy with our Plantation Shutters. Everything went well from order, measure, quote and finally the fitting today. Thank you. Highly recommended.

When my mother called for a repair service, there was a very short and stern reply that this was not a service you provide and when she asked for help recommending someone it was another short and not at all helpful reply again. My mother was told just, you will have to look it up yourself or google it. Not at all the service she can do easliy at 76 years old and my brother had recommend this business to her as he knows your business. I am reporting this to you. Hopefully you do something about customer service in the future. I would not use or recommend your business to anyone. Theresia Gailberger

Not at all happy with the blinds in the bedroom the rest of the house is fine. You would think if someone spend $10,000 on curtains and blinds for their house and the customer rings to say they were unhappy with the bedroom blinds they would send someone to come have a look. Instead they rang the installer and he seemed to think it was fine. So the feed back I got was that's the way it is.I still hate it. It's too narrow..

Jaleigh have provided curtains and blinds to a number of our houses over the years. They have always provided wonderful service and lovely staff. The blinds and curtains are great quality. Highly recommended.

We had our curtains and tracks installed on the18th July and we are delighted with them. Very well made and they hang beautifully. Service was excellent.

I was advised that Jaleigh would be able to sort out my curtain railing problem. So I visited this shop. But, never again. This shop, in my opinion, has some of the rudest human beings to ever work behind a counter. They would not let you finish explaining your issue; jump to conclusions regarding the resolution you were seeking; and then – this is the icing on the cake – ask you to go to Spotlight to seek a remedy!!! I had to repeatedly ask the two staff members and the Store Manager to pipe down and let me explain the reason I was there. Through the period where they kept interrupting, they said they could not be of help. When I finally managed to get a few words in, they said they could. I would love to know whether they would have behaved similarly with Australians (like me) who are not-so-dark. As far as I am concerned, it’s curtains for them.

We had Jaleigh do quite a lot of blinds for our new home back in March & April 2015. We found them to be excellent; particularly in dealing with my wife's ever changing ideas. They helped her considerably to get things right, and they are.

I had blinds installed two weeks ago by Jaleigh and i couldn't be happier with them. The price was very competitive and the staff extremely knowledgeable. The blinds where exactly what my partner and i wanted and the quality is great.

My partner and I couldn't be happier with Jaleigh Blinds. Hayden was amazing, he knew what sort of style we were trying to accomplish, gave us a great price, and the installation was quick. Will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get new curtains or blinds. Thanks again
