what a waste of time , proceeded to tell me that I need to call an electrician to replace a block camera in a hikvision speed dome, which is low voltage and 4 screws , I just ordered a 2MP AHD 30x zoom block from aliexpress in china for a fraction of the price.

Unprofessional company with fake brands.They are selling fake products such as dahua,hikvision,bocsh NO warranty at all.Kevin is owner and he is rude and liar person.Don’t waste your money and time in trantech company because of low price.All the products is FAKE and NO warranty .

Used to order here and there from these guys, went to order some products today (knew exactly what i wanted) and they tell me my accounts deactivated and id have to go through an application process again, made a simple transaction painfully hard so have gone elsewhere, bloke on phone didnt care

Had an account with this company for the past 4 years, honestly had nothing but bad experiences here. Sold products that are faulty out of the box more than once and the post sale support was terrible. Promised multiple times by Kevin that it won’t happen again, and “I’ll look after you on the next order”. Unfortunately that never came. Would steer clear of these guys far better wholesalers, that actually care about their customer base.To finish in a nutshell I’d have better luck calling the Covid-19 hotline to order Dahua cameras than getting these idiots to pick an order right the first time. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

Honestly can't rate these guys more highly. Dan from Sunshine is the best in the business always there to help with any problems you may have. Been using these guys for 3 years now an wont look elsewhere
