Excellent service from everyone involved including the initial enquiry, site visits, accounts and installation. Our custom blinds are a quirky layout but this didn't cause any problems.Prompt service and clear communication throughout.Blinds are a perfect fit and expertly installed.Extremely good pricing compared to other quotations.This company deserves to do well.

We used Fair Price Blinds a few years ago and received Excellent Service and a TOP price.We are Very Happy with the quality of our plantation shutters and vertical blinds.From the time of order to the instillation it was surprisingly quick compared to other products we ordered for our new home.I would use Fair Price again and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.I booked a time for someone to come over to visit and give me a quote. No one turned up and when I called them to ask they advised that the person who was supposed to come is sick. I fixed another day and time. On that day I received a text from there staff that he is stuck somewhere and if I can reschedule for the next day. I agreed. Next day I got a message from there staff that he is running late and the company advised him that the appointment can’t be pushed back.I canceled my appointments just to accommodate them to give me quote and this is how they treated me. Never calling them again. Waste of time and money.

Thanks to Lyn the lively and pleasant in home sales representative for helping us choose the right blinds and the right colour, and thanks to Bruno the installer who check measured and then came out to install our blinds, very professional work with lovely manners and pride in his work.Fair Price were not the cheapest quote, you'll always find a cheaper quote if you look hard enough. From Danni who did our quote to Bruno who did our installation, I can't really fault Fair Price Blinds. Their quote was competitive & the blinds look great. When I arranged the blinds for our new home, it was my first time doing new blinds, but was never made to feel stupid. They explained things clearly & met the time-frame they set. Your blinds are measured & made to fit, so it does take a few weeks for your new blinds to arrive, but this is a good thing. The fit of the blinds was PERFECT & installation was done by a real pro (Bruno). He knows his stuff!! I have given a 5 star rating, which is only my third one on here. SA owned & operated also, which was the bonus.
