The guys at Elemental Shade Structures were amazing. Very professional; friendly, super helpful and proficient. They really know their stuff.From the initial meeting and measuring (and plans emailed to me); to the installation of the pole and roof attachments; to the installation of the sail itself: everything was done very carefully and smoothly.I am delighted with my shade sail. During a recent pre-Xmas storm a shade sail over our pool was badly damaged.I had saved the business name from Facebook of Elemental Shade Structures (EES) for future reference.This proved to be a master stroke because EES was able to make and install a new shade sail within a week and all before Xmas.The guys did a really great job and it looks terrific; thanks to Mark and his team.

We had three shade sails built by Mark and Marty from Elemental Shade Structures. They were very helpful at the quoting stage, making suggestions to ensure that all of our objectives were met. We were pleased with the professionalism of the quote and the final costings. There were some unforeseen issues during the construction process. We were appreciative of the professional manner in which they dealt with the difficulties they incurred. On our job, they prioritized PR over profit. The final product was outstanding, and we would highly recommend them.
