Took my phone in for a power issue at the beginning of December and after 3 attempts their third-party repairer in Sydney couldn't solve the problem.A refund was given but were then charged to send it off a fourth time to get the data backed up.After more than 3 months had to get a new phone.The positive is that the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous especially as they were stuck in the middle.I would go back to them for a minor issue like a cracked screen or phone accessories but avoid if it's a major issue.

Best place on the coast to get any of your small electronic devices fixed. Tim's service is second to none and had my phone back up in running after a broken screen in 30mins! Price as well was very reasonable. Can't go pass Phone Fix Kincumber!
