Mimco Wollongong

Mimco your products are of very poor, cheap, cheap quality!! So far I have had all three pairs of studs either break at the stems or jewel pieces fall out or break.5 stars to the manager at the Wollongong Mimco store who immediately rang around to try to fix the issue. The end result: she swapped my earrings each time with a new pair. No questions asked.1 star to Mimco. I find it disgraceful that as a brand you pride yourself on we are loved by women who value quality" WHAT QUALITY??? Cheap and nasty materials at inflated prices! I couldn't find the quality in anything purchased from your stores. You cannot expect consumers to pay a premium for rubbish and be satisfied."

Great range and good customer service

Terrible service. Not even worth 1 star but am not able to post with no stars.Ordered an item in store last Sunday & was told it would be ordered the next day (Monday) and in the store for pickup within 2 to 3 days . Phoned when I did not hear & was told this had never been ordered, this was on the wish list and this must have been my miscommunication. This has really left me in the lurch for a gift for the weekend. Care factor zero.Mimco Wollongong you have to be able to do better than this.

Nice to see a great range of produce, but speaking from experience the service from staff there was terrible.

Staff were incredible today - i needed 2 of the same item, but they only had 1 left in store. The sales assistant then looked up the item and saw that David Jones had some of the same item so she sent someone over to get 1. Great customer service. Thank you!

Ignored and poorly assistedI came into mimco and was happy to wait for the assistance of one of the two women there. I approach and let them know I needed assistance and would quite happily wait. One then took a phone call (also taking the phone call over helping me, I was waiting first). After the call, one being still busy the other worker approach the other 3 customers to see if they needed assistance. I was never approached. I had been waiting by the register for 10 minutes expecting to be approach as the final customer waiting....never. Thats 25% of the clients never approached even though they were totally apparent to be wanting assistance. After the other worker freed up I finally got the item which i had already found online, finally. All was well until i beeped on the way out as she hadn't taken the tag off. Going back they were annoyed to help but i thought that would be the end until I noticed they charged me wrong. Going back once more they were so annoyed that I had brought up the price. Disgusted I used my rights and I returned the bag i bought and they were very sour about it. I walked out promising never to return to that store ever again!

Long awaited new food hall doesn't disappoint. It's everything I had in Sydney. It's great that I can go into DJ's Wollongong expecting the great service and products that DJ's are known for.

Entered the Wollongong store on Monday afternoon (22/2/16) with my teenage daughter. We were the only customers in the shop. We were in the store approximately 10 mins looking at the stock, throughout this time the staff member did not approach or even acknowledge us. I purchased the item I wanted at mimco in David Jones Wollongong... Customer service is paramount for customers! Couldn't have been more happy with the service from the David Jones staff member.
