Terrible service, terrible customer service, very rude, disrespectful, lack of communication. I bought 24x uprights and 72x beams plus 2x counter lever to set up a shelving system at my warehouse. Almost 30 days later, only 7x uprights have arrived and no communication back from them. I call, no one gives me a straight answer on when the rest of the products will arrive. Kevin that works there laughs on the phone when I shared my frustration. I am returning what they sent of my order today. Let’s see the next steps to get my money back. I’m sure it will be another nightmare. You can not trust a word of what they say, really terrible experience buying from this company, if you can call it a company, it’s more like a scam.

The Speedrack team were great to deal with...they were very efficient and courteous , even with last minute changes , and their delivery was prompt and on time .The product was perfect for our use , and was a very reasonable cost , which included delivery to the door.

We purchased a floating dock from Speedrack. We dealt with Kym who was super helpful in working with us to finalise a design and was very patient despite a number of variations we made till the final order was placed. One particular part wasnt in stock, even though it did arrive a few weeks after the initial delivery estimate we still got what we ordered to our expectations. I note there are several bad reviews here, however our experience was pleasant.

Ordered 30 new assembled uprights 2 weeks ago. Told it would take 5-10 days to assemble. Goods arrived today unassembled and scratched. Phoned and spoke to owner, Aaron who was uncaring and rude. Told me if I sent incorrect goods back with driver I would incur a redelivery fee. He laughed at me on the phone when I told him that I would be leaving the company a negative review. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! Should of read the negative reviews on this business before I purchased. Stay away from this guy! (not even worth the 1 star)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYRude and unresponsive no interest in customer service.Ordered a bench in December it turned up 3 weeks later badly damaged as it was only strapped onto a pallet. Item wasn't accepted and returned by freight.Speedrack wont refund the money or send a replacement bench and blame the freight company and attempted to pass blame onto us.It is now mid February no refund or bench.**Do not buy anything from this company**ACCC complaint has been lodged.
