These guys are the best! I could barely move and I wasn’t able to workout at all when I first went to them. They helped me manage my injuries, get me working out again and gave me heaps of exercises so I can strengthen my weak spots and get back into a routine of working out without pain!

Just had an excellent session with Sara and hippain is greatly reduced. After hip replacements my muscles tighten around the joint, but now moving much better.

I slipped a disk in the gym which caused me to have terrible sciatic nerve pains and a dropfoot. Personally I hadn't heard of that before, but Sam was so professional and on the ball and got me into have an MRI without hardly any waiting time and recommended an outstanding surgeon who fixed up the mess with my disk.When it was time for rehab, Sam was super knowledgeable with the relevant exercises whilst treating my tight muscles and exhausted nerve.I highly recommend Sam, from meeting him, I felt I was in safe and experienced hands, doing what needs to be done with experience and compassion.
