Big thanks to Harry and the team for installing my car’s aftermarket exhaust downpipe and catalytic converter.Harry and the team successfully took off the old rusted blocked exhaust and made sure there was no exhaust leaks.And getting the stuck o2 sensor off!Thanks for your good work and fair price. 10/10!

I have been taking our cars to Harry at Mr Muffler Glen Waverley for the past 14 years and have always been very happy with his service. Despite being extraodinarily busy he somehow always makes time to service or check my cars, often at short notice. His charges are very reasonable and the quality of the work is excellent. Importantly, he often explains options to minimize costs and avoid unnecessary expenses while always ensuring that the cars are safe to drive and that all mechnical issues are properly addressed. Harry and his team (including his lovely wife) are friendly, efficient and their work is outstanding. I am so happy that I found them and recommend them highly.

Harry and the team do an excellent service and have gone above and beyond to help my family with our cars. The car servicing is thorough and the team work hard to finish job.Harry elevated the car to show me the underside of the car and the newly replaced part, providing advice on car care and second hand sales.

Was a great experience here getting my down pipe and cat installed requiring cutting and welding new flanges was done in a timely manner and even though it was more difficult we were still provided a reasonable labour fee of $450.Harry was a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely go back for further exhaust modifications!

Went to Mr muffler for service for 2-3 yrs and ended up realizing they didn't fill in my service book at all. They told me I could just went there and they had everything in record in computer, turned out they didn't have a full record of the services they provide. And the lady filled in my book with the wrong information from another car....... She didn't apologize for the whole situation..... And kept trying to put the blame on me and told me it wouldn't affect the value of my car. Now I try to sell my car second hand, It is very upsetting because I service my car every 6 months but I actually can't prove it to my potential buyers and many of them think I fake my service record....Response to business reply:I went to you around 1-2 months ago,1) it turned out half of the records were missing because the lady who does the records don't enter everything into the computer. We managed to find a handwriting notes from my service at July last year， but that wasn't in the record either. Her response is she hasn't got the time to enter into the system. But the record is half a year ago already， no wonder why half of my service record is lost.2) the lady who served me filled in my record book with service History from another car, and then she just simply crossed them off and fixed it. Making my record book look super dodgy. I am trying to sell my car and really having a lot of doubts from my potential buyers because they think my service History is fake3) the lady told me it doesn't matter if half of the records are missing, won't affect the price of my car and never apologize for the situation.

Harry’s such a legend. My 04’ mx5 had check engine light on and turned out it’s the hot O2 sensor having issue. GWS Mazda quoted me $1000 to replace the sensor and the lead time is 3 months since it’s a turbo model. But Harry got his hands on the new ones and soon replaced it in no time the day after I pulled my car into his shop for a quick check, and cost me way less than Mazda’s quote. Will defo come back here for services. They care enough to get things done nicely and quickly unlike the dealers.

My car is Toyota Yaris 2019 and they charged me $240 without any clean for a 1 and half hour service . I can not say anything more here but not happy with the price here because 4S shop for my car is $297 with a service video and inside outside clean. They should make the price very clean before I drop my car there.

Absolutely not recommended, this man is an impostor, dishonest. He gave us a quote for a job at a certain price, then asked for an additional $1000 and now the machine has more problems than before. Reported to the authorities, don't trust him.
