Rude staff that seem uninterested. Would be better to go to another AusPost.

One star is as low as it will allow me to go, I have never had a bad experience in any post office and never had a similar experience in any store, paying for services having said that! Went to purchase a tracked envelope and she suggested to purchase the larger size, we asked why and said its never been a problem in the past but still purchased the larger size as she suggested, as we were filling it out to be sent she started speaking to her colleague and saying outloud and in front of other customers in the store how we were cheap, scammers and trying to get a cheap" option and making accusations as to how this is a normal thing for us and we must go around getting smaller envelopes to send things cheaper?? We asked her why she chose to speak that way about us

Very friendly and helpful staff, well known and liked by the locals. This is also a newsagent with lots of stuff for a small shop. Could call it a gift shop as well

Helen and the girls are masters in customer service. Every time I have visited the Novar Gardens Post Office I've witnessed personal, friendly greetings to every customer who has walked through the door, many of them welcomed by first name! Service like it should be!

Usually great unfortunately this time I rocked up just before 5 to collect my parcel. Raced over after work as i work in Mt Barker, Keep in mind they are supposed to be open untill 5:45 this is when they are listed to stay open until. I was there at 4:55pm Yet they were closed. Pretty dissapointing.
