Tim is an excellent chef and great to work with, very accommodating and cooks amazing meals, very punctual and well organized. 100 % recommend.

Tim & his team at Chef Select are amazing. We were lucky enough to have Tim come to our venue for a weekend to oversee the kitchen. I could not rate the service & food highly enough & would welcome Tim back to the PRACC facility anytime. He was fantastic to deal with & having worked with a few different chef agencies, I will always go back to Tim @ Chef Select.

Brilliant! We hired Tim and his team to cover our head chefs leave and then a gap we had in our roster while recruiting.The whole experience was seamless. These guys were so professional. They came into our establishment, read the brief and delivered gourmet food in record time.Will continue to use this company going forward.NB: Apparently, Warren's profiteroles are to die for..... I wouldn't know, I didn't get one!

Tim was a magnificent Chef during a 6D cruise we undertook on a private boat charter in January 2021. His menu choice was eclectic and every meal had a personal and fascinating touch . His Thai food was exquisite. On a more simple note the omelette he so carefully prepared one morning was one of, if not the best, I had ever tasted. After the many I have been offered over my years this was a well earned accolade. I also know Tim from his establishment, management and smooth running of new and refurbished restaurants and can highly recommend his dedication, creativity and thoroughness.

We engaged Chef Select to create a new menu to reflect our relaxed vibe. Not only did Tim create a great menu, he provided the recipes, procedures and suppliers also. Then, just as we finalised the food, we required temporary chefs to keep us going until we could employ our new chefs. Chef Select were very accommodating and went to every effort to provide us with great service. Thank you Tim, you're a life saver!!

Tim Lee was our private chef on a Rottnest boat trip and he lavished our group with a week of inspirational delights, including the most delicious and lovingly created degustations and fabulously authentic Thai cuisine through to perfectly yet simply and healthily created seafood and freshly caught lobster and fish feasts, tailoring his choices perfectly to suit our every whim ... not to mention the divine cocktails and constant array of beautifully created platters of gorgeous tidbits.We all enjoyed gleaning a tiny insight into Tim's fine and impressive skills and appreciate his generosity in sharing his time, expertise and sense of fun with us.A deliciously happy week and beautiful memories.We look forward to booking Tim again (and again) and recommend him very highly.

Dealing with Tim from chef select has been a dream. I have worked for him and had him do work for me and he is one of the most professional chefs out there. If you need a chef in a hurry chef select is the place to call.

We booked Tim to cook a 5 course degustation at our house. Big mistake we made,he set fire to our oven and and burnt most of the food and served it to our geusts.Do your research people this guy is a fraud .

Some of the best food I have had in my life! I was served authentic thai food and reminded me of my time in Thailand I couldn't believe it and had to speak to the chef! Since then I have been to places where Chef Select Tim cooks and have never been disappointed! Looking forward to more feasting soon!
