The Body Shop
I went in looking for some lip balm but I needed one that didn't have almond or any other nut oil in it as I am severely allergic to nuts. Lilly helped me so fast, she led me to a couple that didn't have any and let me lift up the label to let me check the ingredients as well. Its something you don't really think about if you don't have a nut allergy but if you want to get organic body products its hard to ones that don't have nuts. I was so happy that Lilly assisted me, she was so lovely and I am also grateful that this place has options for people with nut allergies! Thank you Lilly, and thank you Body Shop!

Who can fault cruelty free, chemical free, super products that work? I'd never use any other skincare than Body Shop. Nothing to fault and everything to praise. The staff are always super friendly and well informed on the product range to boot!

I have been through over 15 different types of creams just for dry flaky skin. Not one helped and I spent so much money. Not even cream from doc helped. Went to the body shop and the lady helped me straight away. Was awesome. But now all I can do is order on line because they r to far from me. If my first order goes smoothly I will continue because they are the best.

One of the best Body Shop experiences ever, thanks to Jamie, she was amazing, she gave us an amazing session discussing our skin goals and needs and recommended great products for us to use, i felt no pressure to buy anything but i made a few purchases anyway because of how much I enjoyed the discussion and learning experience with her. Will definitely visit many more times. Thanks Jamie, you were amazing.

I went in today to check out the new edelweiss range I was on the fence about it cause my skin can be sensitive to some products but then one of the staff came over and offered to do a skin test. she sat me down and told me about the products, talked me through the benefits and tested them on my hand and it was so helpful. I was only planning to get the serum but I loved it so much i ended up getting the peel and the day cream as well. as I was paying I saw that her name tag said Jess, so thank you Jess for all your help!

Thank you so much to the lovely lady who helped me pick out products for my skin type! She explained what all the products were and which would be beneficial for me. She did it in a way that was educational and made me feel comfortable and confident without pushing sales. Can’t believe I forgot to get her name. Amazing!

Excellent service. Went in to just get a toner that was on sale but Kira helped introduce me to all the different products that would suit my skin and I bought most of what she recommended. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and knew her products well.

The Body Shop is always busy and crammed into other a great range of treats that range from $15-$100. They also have limited ranges or seasonal promotions that are always fun. I have taken some pics of my favourite items. They have fabulous face masks and treats that will make any mum feel loved on Mother’s Day, birthday and Christmas.They also have a great men’s range too.But who needs an excuse to spoil ourselves?Staff at this store are always super helpful and patient.
