I have been using Lawrence at Macquarie in the last 3years.I liked Vida s customer service very much, every time I went there, morning or afternoon.Vida is always welcoming and polite and always available to help her customers.I have always been happy with the costs involved with dry cleaning my clothes and my family.

Don’t bother using this business. Appalling customer service and job not done. I put a skirt in on Saturday to have a zip replaced. I was assured it would be completed and I could pick it up the next Saturday. The ticket actually state it was required by Saturday. No one contacted me on Saturday so I turned up on Sunday and was told it hadn’t been delivered but would be coming later that day. Called back in the afternoon and was told it wasn’t coming at all. I explained that I needed it tomorrow. No apology given, didn’t care. Still don’t have my skirt. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Took my suits here to get dry cleaned, prices are a little higher than other places. Upon wearing my suit I realised there were stains that didn't get removed. Not only that but the turn around for service was about a week.

Vera is brilliant! She has dry cleaned multiple lounge suits, my dinner coat including marcela shirt, repaired merino wool jumpers and patched holes in the crouch of my riding jeans. Very friendly service and prompt turnaround.

Vida was really helpful , she was smiling all way through.I had stain on my whit pan with all onesti she told my will try her best to remove it .When I came back to pick up my pan I was amazed , my pan looked new , no stain at all.Thanks a lot Vida and Laurence.I would definitely go back.NB: I will raccomando to deal with Vida..

Jacket looks cleaner as a whole but there's still stains on the front and the right sleeve... When I question them about it, they said this is the best that they could do. They weren't unusual stains it just felt like I didn't want to commit and do the job properly.

I got my jacket dry cleaned here. The guy I handed it to was great - he was nice and charged me about 17 which was okay. However, when I came to pick it up on the day he said it would be ready I was greeted by an extremely rude woman. She said no it wasnt ready and I had to wait for a message. I asked when it would be done and she said I dont know. Wait for message". She was on the phone while talking to me and was very rude. When I went to pick it up

I would give them a zero star if it's an option. I sent my white dress there with some mud stains on, it's the easiest type of stain to remove. They charged $40 and still left many stains on the dress when i picked it up. I couldn't believe the professional cleaning cannot remove the easiest stains. They just didn't do their job properly and simply don't care about their customers.DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!
