The key was done on a Friday and sent out on the same day, my sister received the key the next Tuesday.My sister and my brother-in-law are so grateful and thankful for your amazing talent, he is loving his key. I'm absolutely over the moon with the end result for my brother's 21st key from Ken! We cannot wipe the smiles off our faces. Ken was so easy and understanding to talk with and happy with the requests I had asked for. He was also very flexible with payment arrangements and timing. We didn't expect to to receive it so soon as well so that was a bonus. Beautiful art work especially with my request for a totem and design for our culture and this is exactly that! Received notice that Ken had started on my key as soon as I placed my order. I really value how fast the process was considering the order of the key was very last minute but Ken and his team had accomplished to fulfil the time frame requested. I definitely will recommend everyone to WoodenWares for their top quality keys. After receiving the key, I had won the “50% refund for April” which is a little competition WoodenWares does every month for two random customers. My experience with WoodenWares has definitely been a positive one!
