Adapt Energy was helpful and responsive with my solar queries, reasonably priced and competitive with the quote, and the contractors who did the installation did a great job, also linking me up to the app so I could view my solar use.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with getting our solar system through Adapt Energy. Every step of the way we had our hand held by the Adapt Energy team and even now well after our system has been installed and is running as it should we are getting excellent after sales service with regard to negotiating with different energy providers.We initially got quotes and dealt with 5 different companies and none of the others came even remotely close to the service and advice we received from Inny and the Adapt Energy team.I highly recommend Adapt Energy to anyone thinking about getting solar.

So happy with the service from start to finish with ADAPT. The whole team were so efficient and could really tell they worked hard to find the best product to suit us (thanks Bronnie!!). Installers were amazing, friendly and helpful in making sure we understood our system and how to get the most out of it! Couldn’t recommend more highly!

From start to finish, Adapt Energy were really thorough with the information about the installation. Their proposal was detailed but easy to read. I was amazed how much information there was in it and I felt confident I was getting a high quality product. The staff were prompt in returning my messages and very professional and friendly. The installation team were excellent too. Punctual, professional and very friendly. It was such a positive experience. I’m so happy I went with Adapt Energy.

I found Adapt Energy via Solar Quotes, and the service is fantastic, the planning phase was seamless, they understood my needs (had a clear vision what I need w some experience so we didnt started at begining), and then the installation was seamless, painless experience. 14 kwh Solar 3 phase Storage System and smart monitoring. The team arrived in time, was friendly and professional, when they left we had a 100% up and running system, and they left the site clean and tidy. They solved some minor issues instantly (wrong pre wires) Also the price was right and compare to the value extremly cheap :).

Appear to mostly have good practises and desire to give fair, value based service and installation.Advice: Don't let them be too sneaky. They made substitutions on the day of install and tried to charge the full price despite previously quoting a reduced price if they were to make these substitutions.
