Mel has been a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Mel has always gone over and beyond for us from the very beginning. We first spoke to a few architects who advised it was too hard to build a dual occupancy due to the large tree out the front, so they gave us generic front/back unit floor plans and told us we should do this instead - basically if we wanted them to look into it further, we would have to agree to pay them first. Mel on the other hand gave us hope - he did his research, asked us for some easy measurements, spoke to some people and told us if we design it right and justify the plans right, there was a possibility, and he’d help us get there. WE GOT THERE! Mel has always been upfront with costs, gave great professional advice (but still respected our decisions) and was always willing to make tweaks and changes to the plan wherever possible. We had the option to do everything over phone/mail due to our busy schedules which worked for both of us, and was very convenient. He’d keep me up to date at all times and responded to emails in a timely manner and called me when necessary. He also helped us arrange a meeting with one of his trusted builders which was extremely helpful to us. From working with Mel on our project, i know he is honest and reliable and works very hard for his clients.Mel - Thank you for all that you’ve done for us. Mel and Team are an absolute pleasure to work with - we've worked together on several projects ranging from New Homes , Townhouses, Dual Occupancy etc.. Their team understands what a client wants and ease of doing work with them is just great. Definitely recommended- great going Mel!

He’s extremely professional and does everything he can to ensure he supports me in my vision in building my dream home. The whole process is customer focused and his knowledge makes the approach to designing my house outstanding. He’s made it very easy for me, and no request is too small or impossible.
