Explore & Develop Norton Street, Lilyfield - Early Learning Centre

The team at Explore and Develop have been fabulous. My son has been attending the centre for 6 months and change in his self confidence has flourished and it has been been absolutely amazing to see. The team have been extremely supportive and they have gone above and beyond to help him feel secure and supported. I was always wanting to send him to a proper" preschool but after seeing the program they have at the centre for the preschool and School Readiness Program I can safely say that I have made the right choice in keeping him here. I highly recommend E&D Lilyfield. Our family were truly supported by Susan and all of her dedicated and passionate team. My children had the most beautiful relationships with the educators who were all there the almost 3 years we attended. Susan is a great operator and support the team to create a dynamic environment for my energetic and curious kids with new things to discover, excursions, guests and very clean (my kids rarely off sick). I'm so glad we found this centre!

Susan and the team at Explore and Develop provided a wonderful, loving, caring and professional environment for our children. They went above and beyond for us on a number of occasions, especially when our twins were born and we needed some extra help with our eldest. As expats living abroad without family the centre became a home away from home. We were very sorry to leave when we returned to the UK.

E&D Lilyfield was the centre of choice for our two boys, the youngest who has just graduated.The centre director Susan and the experienced staff are not only super friendly and welcoming, but very focussed on providing the best learning and play environment possible.The physical space is vast and varied giving children variety of learning, discovery and play environments where they can thrive.There are regular visits from special guests such as musicians, entertainers etc as well as weekly sports sessions.They recently increased the number of local “excursions” where children discover more about the local area and learn about the environment.I’m grateful to E&D Lilyfield for giving our children these learning opportunities and giving them the perfect school preparation.CheersNick Wood

Susan and the team run an excellent centre. All the staff are so caring towards the children and the team regularly run interesting and engaging activities that the children love and learn from too. Both our children also loved the sports program that is run each week.

5 stars rating services as this center is a great place for my kid that the educators are professional, knowledgeable and caring for children. The Director of the center is so supportive during our difficult times. Further, this center is a well organised place for kids to be here all day long with a great playground and center is always clean and full of different activities each day. Since, my son have attended this center, his cold and flu have significantly decreased. so we definitely highly recommend this service!

This is an amazing centre! The Director Susan is lovely, helpful and employs the best staff! The carers in each of the rooms are fantastic - caring, thoughtful, genuinely invested in what they do. As soon as I walked in I knew I would love this centre, and for over 5 years, we had an incredible experience with people who genuinely care! You will have complete peace of mind having your children here. The pre-school program is also fantastic and is a great preparation before school. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this centre.

From the moment I walked in 5 years ago for a tour I knew it was a special place. It’s a truly happy and lovely environment. Susan is an outstanding operator and Susan and her team are just delightful, incredibly warm and passionate. Majority of the staff and educators are long standing highlighting the positive culture at the centre. I have watched my children grow and develop so beautifully through the quality care, programs and experiences offered. Most importantly my children are always so happy to be there and have formed beautiful relationships with their educators and other staff at the centre. My eldest is about to start primary school and the preschool program at the centre has him well-prepared and feeling confident about starting school. Highly recommend this wonderful centre!

The team went out of their way to help our family when we were short one day of childcare. I was really impressed at how all the staff new our baby's name just by looking at her, regardless of what room they were from. Susan takes a lot of pride in her business and all her staff clearly love the work that they do. Most have been there for over 4 years which is rare. Highly recommend this centre.
