Greencross Vets Five Dock

I want to share my bad experience with everyone, this is absolutely bad experience. Spending more $130 for nothing but to come here for a zero star Google review, this cost is too high. I wish I read other people’s bad experience, before I came Greencross Vets Five Dock. At the end, They have the money, I only had this bad experience and bad day.They don’t read online booking information you provided. They use contactless way to come to you and ask all your information provide again. All information you provided will be their advantages of your little loved ones. They will give you a call to reconfirm your pet details and told you everything is ok. Then, in 30 seconds $90 is charged from your pocket.DO NoT Ask any questions on the phone, simple things in another 30 seconds will be charged another $54. On the phone, they will and they can give you another reason to let you come for next visit, of course, more money you will need to pay. For them, it is a Good strategy to use as a advantage to make more money. OMG!This is what happen not just me.DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR PETS HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.Try once, you will regret to go there. DO not waste your money and time.

I am so impressed by the staff at Greencross, Five Dock. I was specifically helped by Paige .... she was so friendly and efficient and thorough. Not only did she attend to my injured cat at the time, but also contacted me a number of times to check on his progress. The clinic itself was clean and a place where I felt confident taking my pet. From my own experience, I give 5 stars as it was well deserved and I felt reassured that my cat (and me!) were in very capable hands.

Don't trust the free check up offer.

I have been in Greencross Vets Fivedock since I have my puppy. Today I called saying that I was very worried about my puppy being coughing, sneezing, and not eating, and she very rudely replied that the vet would not be able to visit my puppy today because they were fully booked and that I had to go to the hospital for an emergency. I called Green Cross Vets Livingstone Road and they were kind enough to tell me to come as a walking and to wait a little while even though they were fully booked. It has nothing to do with being fully booked, it has to do with love for animals and kindness, which obviously the Greencross Vets Fivedock receptionist does not have!

This minimal contact thing they’re doing is just pure laziness. They make you wait out on a loud busy street with your pet and then they take it away and leave it somewhere inside until the vet is ready to see them. Retail, pubs and gyms are all open but this vet clinic won’t let a handful of people sit in a room so they can keep their animals calm. An very unnecessarily stressful experience. Would not recommend.

Reviewing …few weeks ago I went there and all crew/doctors was very friendly and nice support and show a good service.Unfortunately my 2 last visit with different occasions the receptionist make me change de 5 to 2. In my last 2 visit, nurse or receptionist have a bad attitude.

I want to share my bad experience with everyone, Its so sad how Five Dock Greencross vets take advantage of our little loved ones. They know we as parents are most vulnerable when our pets are hurt. My dog was hurt quite bad and firstly it was an effort for them to see her then they made us wait over an hour then to be ask after explaining to them 3 times the situation, Then we were humiliated and they treated us like we were nothing. I asked them if we could have her back so we can take her somewhere else. They made us pay $90 for doing nothing not even proof of what i paid for, Then they brought out our dog out to us to close the DOOR IN OUR FACE... DONT EVER BRING YOUR PETS HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.We ended up going to Haberfield Veterinary Hospital and they were absolutely caring and helpful .

Robocop our cat isn't a fan of this place but we love it. Great staff.

Greencross Five Dock has never let us down or turned us away when we needed them. They are extremely accomodating and genuinely put animal welfare above all else. They have separate cat and dog waiting areas, and they make the effort to remember our animals and ask about the ones who aren't there. We still brought our cats here even after we moved out of the area. Everyone should bring their animals here.
