Beyond joke. I have asked twice if I have anything left on script and kept bouncing between few of them until it has been resolved. I have no idea why they want you to keep coming back and wait surrounded by coughing people in flu season for refills when you can sort it out with single visit. Will not go there again. Avoid !

Not happy…. Just purchased Solosite Gel for sunburn and it’s marked up by 28%.Online price $12.49 compared to over the count $15.95. Was shocked. How is this allowed.

I have been using Mundaring Pharmacy for 18 years now and in all that time I have had nothing but praise and admiration for the staff and their care and attention to detail. Personal service and a knowledge of your customers is more important to me than buying a product for a dollar or two less from somewhere else where the staff don''t know me or what other medications I am on therefore not being in a position to advise me of contraindications of a product I might be looking to buy, whereas at Mundaring Pharmacy staff have on several occasions advised me that an off the shelf product that I was considering buying would have adverse effects on me due to my prescription medication that I am taking.

Never will I shop at the pharmacy next to the swan medical centre in Midland again !!!They refused to accept a return of a $9 unopened packet of anti hestamine tablets that I was given in the morning instead of anti hestamine eye drops that I asked for.Not our policy" the female chinese owner said without even showing her face....."

I visited my local Amcal Mundaring to purchase a product to find that it was priced a massive 28% more than Amcal's online price! I asked the Store Assistant why the discrepancy to which she answered 'we're a different store to the online store'. Ok, I can deal with that...maybe, but this product was still 10% greater than the RRP.Go elsewhere, they rip off the locals here at Mundaring.

The blonde lady chemist isn’t professional, have watched her and the older sales lady mock certain customers and laugh with regards to flogging off generic prescriptions to ppl wanting original non generic medications. Wouldn’t recommend this chemist at all. Cheaper and better service in Midland, worth driving down the hill

Eye watering markup on prescription medicines.One medicine was $20 at this pharmacy.$8.30 at Optimal Pharmacy in Midland.Reason given. We are not a discount pharmacy and we give better service.Optimal are not a discount pharmacy and give great service.Sick of being ripped off in the hills.

I stood here for 15mins whilst other customers were served even though I was here first waiting to be served I would not be going here again even ask a worker for help she stated she could not help !!!!!!!!!!!!!
