True Thai Massage (McKillop St)

The atmosphere for True Thai Massage is simplistic and chic. The staff are lovely and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the only issue I have giving a 5 star review is that the massage room walls aren’t to the ceiling and are separated by sliding doors. This makes the experience feel less private. Also, it would be nice if the aromatherapy oils were included and not at an additional charge. I would return but only if I were in the city and not make a specific visit.

Just walked in last minute for a massage, place smells as amazing as it looks, so clean + honestly the best Thai massage I've ever had! My masseuse was so attentive and gave me an amazing stretch, thank you Paddy? (Hope I got your name right) Defnetly highly recomm!

One of the best proper Thai massages I had in Australia. The masseuse found the knots I didn't know I had. Came out relaxed and stretched out. Great if you have a desk job.

Tan is 10/10! It’s my first time here but I’m glad I did the right choice! She hits the spot that needed to be treated, I felt much better after the massage. Thank you Tan, will be back again.

I've been having a massage from Patty for the last few months. She provides an excellent massage - very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend her.

I booked at 11:30am for two 90mins thai infusion today. I think I expected too much with good reviews. Clinic was nice and clean receptionist and my Therapist were lovely but i felt someone can get injures from massage some point with their stretching techniques (she lifted legs and i was worried about my Tfl/ and also twist arm stretching for frozen or any other shoulder related injuries) and didnt even ask any past/on going injuries before also any consent form to fill out before treatment even we arrived 10mins early for doing some form.I understand i told to receptionist that my focus areas are glute and legs but when she did shoulder oil massage literally not even work on muscles, rubbing lots of oil touching skin and fat layer only. I totally understand it depends on therapist, but I definitely not going back with these poor experiences.If you willing to visit here better let your therapist know if you have past injuries.

I came this area today to get fusion massage and it was terrible ever I had in here.I used to come here with regular massager but I couldn't get massage from him because, he only work here on Wed and on Sat. I felt sore my whole body today so, I tried to get massage therapy with new massager. I was feeling she applied too much oil on my body, no gentle and also felt like she didn't know body structure where she needs to give more pressure or not.I really like here but you might be happy or not to get massage depends on who gives massage with you. Please refer that the massager has fully skilled or not.

I get massages often. At least every 2-3 weeks. I couldn’t stop telling my colleagues in Melbourne how lucky the were to have Tan at True Thai locally. It was quiiet with peaceful cosmic spatial music. Nothing annoying like you can sometimes get. Clean, professional and absolutely an A+ massage. I got the fusion massage with hot oil essence. It was unbelievable. The stretching and massage I got was probably the best I’ve had in 10 years. So much so that I had to go back a few days later. I can only vouch for Tan so ask for her if you get the chance and get the room with the handles in the roof. You’ll get more back walking and the table is wider. The second massage I got with Tan has a smaller table and without the ceiling handles limited the amount of back walking which is amazing. Felt unbelievable the next day do great therapy. Cant wait to go back to Melbourne and book again.

Haven't been since pre Covid. New location still as convenient as hardware lane, just the other end.Nice fitout makes place feel luxurious.Like the sliding doors between the double rooms, more private than curtains..Was pleasantly surprised to find Cream( pronounced Crim) still massaging but changed her name to Pream. Forgot how good she was. Tea at the end rounded off those extra touches that make this place special. Will return when return to Melbourne.
