Recently I went there and was assisted by Steven, who was very Knowledgeable and Courteous. Sure the place can get busy and on top of that the phone rings often. Overall, I would say the Customer Service is Excellent, considering only 2 blokes are on deck most of the time.

Be careful, price probably higher than bunnings, double check before go here. Bunnings is around the corner. Got ripped off for a few piece of angle. Will not go back

They sell Knauf plasterboard, I can’t believe the price is even higher than Gyprock from Bunnings.

Very rude.Stood in the showroom waiting but the guy thought it best he finish checking some paperwork for 2min before acknowledging I was there.Went elsewhere.

I would certainly think twice about using this organisation I didn't have a wonderful experience at all which was disappointing as i have had a wonderful time building and renovating my new home.
