Toni and Mikyle were absolutely amazing during our family's difficult time. Not only were they professional, but completely empathetic, kind, caring, patient, friendly and helpful from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about them.At a time when our family felt like a mess, they were able to help guide us and run things as smoothly as possible. Any concern was seen to efficiently and they were so easy to contact if needed. My mum recently passed away and we decided to use Seaside Funerals to assist with arrangements.I can't speak more highly of Seaside Funerals. We were treated with great care and sympathy and given as much time as we needed. Mikyle and Toni were absolutely fantastic and extremely caring. We were kept undated along the way as the process unfolded.We attended the office to collect the remains after the cremation and again time was no issue. After leaving the office for the last time I actually felt that I'd made a friendship with Mikyle and Toni.I have no hesitation in recommending Seaside Funerals, no matter what your special needs may be.

We were so lucky to find Mikyle, Toni and their team. They showed so much compassion, support and expertise and their attention to detail was outstanding.Our late Mum needed to be repatriated overseas for burial after her Melbourne funeral. Due to COVID restrictions there were delays however Mikyle stayed in constant contact with us and was completely transparent regarding the process.He constantly went above and beyond and offered a completely personalised service. We never felt like a number and our phone calls and questions were always welcomed warmly.The live streaming and photo slideshow they provide was so professional and has been praised by everyone who tuned in on the day. Mikyle, Chantelle and the staff of Seaside Funerals are truly incredible. From the beginning of our contact with Mikyle and Chantelle, they really went above and beyond for our family after the passing of my our mum. They were able to make our mum really look like herself and at peace as our family and mum's friends said their goodbyes at her viewing.This was our family's first time needing to plan arrangements for a loved one so close to us, Mikyle and Chantelle facilitated this process with ease. Mikyle was available 24/7 by phone even during the holiday to answer all of our questions and make sure that mum's viewing and arrangements for the cremation were settled. He was extremely accommodating to all of our requests. He consistently checked up on us during the viewing to make sure that things were going smoothly and to see if we were okay.Mikyle really showed his excellence for the Madeira Family when he stepped away from his own family and arranged a short time for my sisters, my brother and myself. It meant the world to us.Furthermore, after the cremation was completed, Mikyle called us to make sure everything went smoothly.
