I would highly recommend Ambrosia Productions for anyone looking for the perfect commercial or videography to help build their business' brand awareness. James is a great bloke and has extensive experience with TV commercials/production for many different industries. You can be sure Ambrosia Productions will go above and beyond to produce an excellent commercial, as James has done for many of my clients while working in the media industry!!!

We were delighted with the service we received from the team at Ambrosia. They delivered an amazing result for our company and went above and beyond our expectations. We have seen a huge return on our investment. Top Job!

It's not even worth the 1 star. This individual and company is a SCAM! We used him for our wedding. On the day he didn't listen to direction from me (the bride), he didn't take any photos of our guests, us walking down the aisle after we got married and the cake cutting photos were from the back of my head. After nearly 4 months on from the wedding, multiple follows ups with barely any communication or apology for the delay. We received our USB in the post. We were meant to receive a video and that wasn't on there. We had to follow up again and he has now blocked us on Facebook, instagram and our numbers. I am devastated - it seems that this has happened to more then one client. To be out of pocket and not receive the service we have paid for is outrageous! STAY AWAY!

It has been over 6 months since our wedding and we are still awaiting to have the outcome finalised. The photos received didn’t include any of the guests mingling, any of the food, any of the furniture set up, no photos of the bridal party and barely any photos of the groom and his family, not even one with his Mum. The furniture lit up at night, cost A LOT of money and we don’t have a single photo to show for it. We had even sent example photos of what we liked, including at night with fairy lights and dancing, which was not included. Extremely disappointing and not even an apology was received. We asked for the raw photos, was initially told no but after pointing out the missing photos that you would expect (being a wedding) we were told we could have them. Still waiting.It is pretty hard to get a response unless you follow up continuously, communication is next to non existent. It started off well, quick responses, but other than when the deposit was paid and the remainder was due, nothing. We got told every time (when we finally get a response) when we would expect to receive something, and not once has it been received when initially told we would. There’s always a reason, ‘sick’ or ‘busy’, which is of course understandable BUT doesn’t reach out to let you know. We don’t even get a ‘I’ll get back to you’ when we send a message, just nothing. We were told week before last we would receive the raw photos last week, but haven’t and haven’t received a response to yet another 2 follow up messages. We have said we would just like to be able to get our photos, leave a review and move on but still no results.We are very carefree and patient people and like to give people the benefit of the doubt but for a wedding the experience we have had is just not acceptable. 6 months later and we are still waiting to get what we paid $2500 for so we can move on. It took 4 months to receive 200 photos (with limited variety) and we had 1 update early on that we didn’t have to actually ask for, which was a preview of one photo.It’s a big waiting game really. We will not be recommending to anyone due to this really disappointing experience as we would hate for anyone’s special day to not be captured the way it should be.And to top it off, once I posted this review on Facebook I got BLOCKED within minutes!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

I really enjoy working with James from Ambrosia Productions. He is extremely knowledgeable on his craft and is highly professional. Each project I have hired Ambrosia Productions to do has turned out better than I ever envisioned. I have recommended him multiple times and have heard nothing but great words about his service.

Having seen their previous work at another wedding, I recommended Ambrosia for my friend's wedding. James and Jayme our photographers on the day, made us feel very comfortable and they were extremely professional. They even busted out makeup wipes for us when the bride had a lipstick emergency during our photo shoot :D They were all over it and ready for anything. We felt very safe in their hands and we had an absolute blast. The final photos were so beautiful. Thank you Ambrosia!
