Cannot Recommend, damaged the sills of my Van, obviously didn’t train an apprentice where to jack vehicle, also stuffed up the wheel balancing?? Do they even train the young fella’s what to do? Completely falls on a Manager and Foreman in my eyes!!Safety first??? Not here!! Will never return to a Bob Jane Store after being Loyal for 20 + years.

I was so impressed with Bob Jane in Cleveland. I had a nail in my tyre, was driving on my spare and had a young infant with me. It was rather stressful and they were so helpful and honest, saying they could fix it and all my tyres had a lot of life in them still. They fixed my tyre, put it back on and then didn’t even charge me. Such wonderful service, I would definitely recommend and I’ll be going back there when I need new tyres.

Had a tyre blowout late today and went to Bob Jane Cleveland. Even though is was nearly knock off time on a Saturday , Geoff and his team were able to put a entire set of tyres on and do a wheel alignment for me straightaway . The service was absolute brilliant and I highly recommend them .

Went there with a simple non-commercial small trailer tyre request.Was told I had to purchase tyres for $180+ instead of the $69 on sale ones.Went to the Capalaba store, and they were happy to give me what I ordered.

Amazing service! Called in early Monday morning with a puncture to be repaired & they had me back on the road and in time for work. Very friendly and great service. Will definitely go back there for my next set of tyres.
