We try to get to the brown hill once a month, they seriously have the best parmas in Ballarat. Even Victoria. Never ever disappointed. The staff are Absolutley amazing and attentive. We go out a lot for dinner and can’t find a pub that does a Parma like the brown hill. The spudarama especially. Thanks guys. You smash it Everytime.

Nice cozy little bistro with a great menu, plenty of options on offer.We visited me mid week and it was fairly busy but the service was still friendly and fast.Kids had the bolognese and loved it, my wife had the pumpkin salad and said it was beautiful. I had the mixed grill and it was great, portion size was really good with decent quality meat, and the chips were the best I have had in a while.We will definitely visit again in the future.

This place is great nice food and great staff but staff was also my problem. 2 of the staff were talking and not paying attention and were talking without getting my order and that's the only problem

I went there for lunch for my birthday and had a good meal and amazing service. They display your name on their board when it's your birthday.

What an awesome little hotel with all the personal stuff thrown in. The staff are marvelous and the meal was amazing. We will be back that's for sure.

A great selection of pub meals - I had the vegetarian lasagne and it was delicious.You don’t come here for the ambiance; unless you want an authentic old style suburban pub with the bright lights and TAB.The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great.I came here with two people with food allergies and they couldn’t have been more accommodating.
