As I tell everyone - I'm so lucky this is my local spa but Id travel across Sydney for it if it wasn't. I'm incredibly fussy and this is the only team I trust with my skin, my black tie/gala/event preparations and my relaxation needs. They have pampering down to a fine art!

I just had a Hydration Rescue Facial with Beatriz and went to Heaven for an hour! It was SOOOO good. So relaxing, calm & just lovely. I bought a voucher for the same treatment for one for my friends when I left too. Great birthday present! Just amazing. Thank you so much! I will be back again soon. Totally recommend it xx

Rude staff! Inexperienced girl left me in agony on the table in an eyelash tint and did nothing and ignored me when I was asking her to get some help! I've been getting this treatment monthly for 20 years and she clearly didn't know what she was doing. Felt like my eyeballs were on fire! And then the rude receptionist (owner?) had the nerve to say it was MY fault! OMG never again!

Visited a second time after Covid-19 with a specific massage and priced gift voucher then had to pay the difference toward the “new price”.A gentleman’s quote is a gentleman’s price, never again will I visit or recommend.

The massage was fine however prices advertised on their website are not true. I went in expecting to pay $135 for a remedial massage and was charged $140. If you advertise a price legally you should honour that (or update your website).

Booked my mother for a birthday facial today at the last minute. Staff were very inviting and they took time with mum, helping her to feel extra relaxation on her birthday! Mum reported that they were very thorough and she had a spectacular time. They served me berry tea and were very accommodating while I waited :) 10/10

As a teenager I found this place very helpful with my pimple outbreaks. The staff there are very friendly and the atmosphere there is wonderful. I use their products which are working very well compared to others I previously have tried. I would strongly recommend this place to all.
