We recently held a wedding at our home and had James and his crew as our caterers.Besides being punctual, efficient and clear on prices and expectations, the hors d’oeuvres were original and exquisite, the main course and dessert were excellent, everything was prepared on site, and we were basically very grateful for his skills and service.

James Vickers and his team created the most magical food for our wedding. I have never had so many people tell me that it was the best food they had eaten. I will have to get the pork belly recipe because it was spectacular. Thank you again!
