Elmers Removals & Mini Storage

We purchased a new residence and the removal date was the 23/12/2020. The company was terrific with the organisation of times and dates. All those involved were thoroughly professional. friendly and helpful. This was most appreciated during the very busy time of moving house. As teachers, we have moved many times, but have never found a company that took such care of our belongings. I could not be happier with the care and attention that was provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving house. Price, promptness and reliability was of the highest standard. Thank you for your excellent service and assistance. Couldn't be happier. Really dissapointing $700 for under 40 minutes work to shift and replace one double tilt bed, two small bed side tables, 0ne empty camphor wood box to an adjoining room and back. Inflated price for an ndis recipient. Another business inflating their charges the moment government financical assistance is involved. This needs to stop!!

I have moved way too many times in my life so I have lots of experience with removalist companies. 14/3/23 was the day of my latest big move, this time from a household of life’s accumulation of possessions to a tiny retirement villa, via a storage shed and 2 furniture drop offs, so extremely stressful. At the allotted time, 2 tall, handsome, strong and cheerful men arrived to take me away to my new home. These men were the absolute best removalists that I have ever encountered. They were the epitome of wonderful customer service, and they went out of their way to turn a stressful day into the beginning of my next adventure.I have only the highest praise and gratitude to these 2 men who assisted me with every request. They worked 10 hours for me, and they were still as delightful and helpful at the end of the move as they were at the beginning. No request was to difficult or trivial, and at all times they were respectful and courteous. They are 2 outstanding men.Well done lads, and the biggest thank you to the team at Elmer’s Removals, Maryborough. I will remember this day for all the right reasons.D Reeve.

We used Elmers Removals for our move from Tin Can Bay to Hervey Bay, they arrived on time, were extremely efficient and careful, and friendly. They were so good, 2 months later my Mum needed to move, and we used them again for her move. The same good service! The truck is larger than a standard mini mover, so everything fitted (with their expert jigsaw loading skills). Would highly recommend them.

We can not rate Elmers Removals high enough. We were let down by another removalist on the morning they were suppose to be moving us and luckily we contacted Mark at Elmers who went above and beyond to get their large truck and 2 strong men to our place 2 days later. After a confirmation call from Terry the owner, Dominic and Sam turned up at our home on time after driving into our area at 1am and sleeping in the truck.They were both very professional towards us & the job at hand, treated all our possessions carefully and had it loaded by lunchtime. Dominic and Sam then drove 4 1/2 hours to our storage shed, unloaded & carefully stored our possessions and sent us photos to reassure us how everyting was stored.Through the whole process everyone in the team treated us personally and professionally, they went out of their way to help us after being terribly let down by another removalist and to top it off did a fantastic job moving us.Highly recommended and we will be using them again.Thank you Team ElmersBernie & Jody Carroll
