Tammy Stephens has been our property manager for a very short time however her commitment and communication has been seamless from my outstanding water invoices that I was not aware of, to getting on top our my house inspection jobs to be completed. Always helpful and friendly service.

Jason was very professional in the way he conducted the sale of our home. At no time did we feel pressured to do anything that would impact the sale of our home. You have always delivered an excellent service, when I have asked if I could pay my rent and the eftpos machine has been down you have sorted it on the spot, kept your cool, and got back to me minutes later and apologised if you have made a mistake. When you show face at the front desk you are always looking at your best for your guest from your hair, make up, nails to the clothes and shoes. On point! Best͏ In The Business - Goes Above and Beyond - Ken ChinKen is by far the most experienced and professional Real Estate Agent that I have ever dealt with. We purchased the sold property from him in 2014 and knew right then that we wouldn't be using anybody else when it came the time to sell. His dealings with the Buyer were expert level (us at the time). An Agent that can work for the Seller while understanding the needs of the Buyer at the same time is very rare.His knowledge of the local market was second to none. His connection with other Agents also allowed us to move fast with the sale of our property, with the sourcing of a new property to purchase at the same time. This goes well above the Customer Service levels of the majority of Agents.Ken's down to earth demeanor made it so easy to deal with him. It felt like a friendship and not a transaction. He really took time to understand our needs and also our feelings about the process.We were also kept informed of every open home, numbers through and interested parties. Prior to auction day, Ken has detailed knowledge of every interested party, which made Auction Day work like clockwork. We achieved in excess of our desired outcome, even though it was a declining market.I wouldn't choose anyone else for this job :)

The Best Agent. I've been buying and selling realestate for 30 years and in that time the very best agent I have ever experienced is Lisa. She went above and beyond on my recent sale and truly worked for me to get the best result ( unlike most agents who only work for themselves ).
