I went with high expectations at this branch but was disappointed with Falooda ice cream we ordered. Some part of it was good but felt awkward due to watery taste of Ice cream (felt like as if water is mixed in ice cream) Would be sticking to Sydney road branch or with Flora in Sunshine.Plus there is no medium size in some of their key offering. Better be prepared for that.

They do not have good self explanatory menu.I ordered chhole rice considering it will be chhole curry with rice but they served all in one rice mixed with chhole curry plus on top added bunch of curd , pudina chutney and sweet chutney!!(like chhole chawal chhat). When I mentioned it to the person who served she just said sorry this is what they have.I was surprised and disappointed because it was not what I expected.

Worse falooda in Melbourne. Absolutely shocking service, the manager was rude and unprofessional. The mango ice cream taste like essence. Next time I’m driving to Sydney road Agha Juice.

Wow. Before, I give a review, just some background.. I've had Falooda from Dandenong, but live a bit too far to travel across as often as I'd like. I've tried Brunswick twice, but both times, the noodles tasted bit off. It had odd taste and the apple was old both times. Service was zero. I was nervous eating at Craigieburn branch because of the mixed comments, but I'm glad I looked past and tried it. FANTASTIC! I had a Falooda with Macadamia ice cream. The Falloda from here also had the basil seeds and jelly, also a bit of mango icecream. OmG, I'm in love and will come again and again provided it tastes the same. Well done to the day crew on Sunday. Thanks for a heavenly tasty Falooda!

Ordered two sugarcane juices and when they arrived, they were both different colours with one being brown and the other being a yellow. The juices itself smelt off and we couldn’t consume them due to such a bad stench. Have ordered sugarcane from other places many times and never once have I come across something this foul smelling.
